Meet The Chef:
Marcus, a thirty year veteran of the restaurant and hospitality industry and 10 year owner of Miss Delta southern restaurant, specializes in down home cooking, southern hospitality, and good times. A proud sober chef that is working on changing the dynamic of the industry, Marcus focuses on creating a healthy environment that is positive for all that enter his restaurant. Him and his wife, Katie have two kiddos, Mason and Kiera and have lived in the Portland area for most of his life.
