More about us

Why This Matters

For Our Community:

When individuals gain cooking skills and nutrition knowledge, they make better food choices, reduce healthcare costs, and build stronger family connections. Our entrepreneurship programs create pathways to economic stability.

For Downtown Portland:

Bringing 30-40 participants multiple times per week to Old Town Chinatown generates consistent foot traffic that benefits local businesses and demonstrates community commitment to downtown revitalization.

For Partner Organizations:

The Hub provides affordable, professional venue space for nonprofits, educational institutions, and community groups to expand their programming reach while reducing facility costs.
