I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute to Feed the Mass as a Board Member. Food is a basic need of any living being. Feed the Mass' mission resonated with me, specifically "Serve" aspect of the mission captured my attention.

In the US 30-40% of food goes to waste.

Globally, 20% of the food produced goes to waste which is one billion meals a day. As a board member I want to use my skills in research and problem solving to help the mission to reduce waste and feed people who are in need.
