About the event

This month, Chef Joris Barbaray will be joining us for our Where’s Your Food From? event. He owns and operates Bergerac, a local French restaurant known for their focus on seasonal, sustainable, and no-waste approach to cooking. Chef Joris believes in showcasing the South Western style of french cooking to demonstrate that French food does not need to be fancy or expensive to be tasty and delicious.

Dinner Menu:

  • Asparagus Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette
  • Confit 3 Ways - Duck, Pork and Sausage, served with Dijon and Red Onion Jam
  • Rosemary and Raspberry Chibouste

Tickets to this benefit cost $50, with all proceeds going toward making our classes more affordable. It is thanks to these special events that keep food education and empowerment accessible to the people of Portland. Registrations close 24 hours prior to class.
