Sí sí sí! Take a trip over to Spain with Chef Jimmy Carrasquer this month. This traditional Spanish dish will make you dream of Spain for days! You don’t have to travel across the world for it, learn how to make paella right here at home.
Chef Jimmy has been passionate about making paella for twenty years, having learned the family methods from his Tia Teresa and Tío Tobias in the countryside near Valencia, Spain. These days, he shares his passion and expertise as the owner of PDX Paella. Be sure to register in advance, registration cutoff is 48 hours before the class.
