Meet The Chef:
Antquane Truss, our FED Kitchen Lead, is originally from Chicago. He served eight years in the Marine Corps in electronics and communications and has four children. Antquane loves to cook and describes himself as a bio-systems buff, and he loves to learn how food is grown. When Antquane is not busy with his family or leading the FED Kitchen, he loves to teach chess and mentor youth. He got interested in cooking in culinary school 20 years ago, and he now finds himself right where he enjoys being...making great food and sharing this passion with others so that they too can find the joy of cooking.
